My journey after graduation

After completing my Master's in Data Science from SUNY Buffalo in January 2024, I faced the challenges of navigating a tough U.S. job market during a recession. In my search for a job, I turned to staffing services, but I quickly realized that the quality of their applications was poor, and the enrollment fees were unreasonable high. They submitted my resume for roles that didn’t match my skills, overlooked important details like cover letters, and lacked transparency about where my applications were going.

My vision in creating ApplyMate

Frustrated by my experience, I decided to create ApplyMate — a service that provides students with affordable, transparent, and quality-driven job applications. I wanted to offer an alternative that focused on targeted roles and transparency by providing daily notification and weekly reports about the applications submitted, also instead of committing to a large, one-time fee, you can subscribe on a weekly basis, ensuring you only pay for the service when you need it.

The Impact I Want to Create

At ApplyMate, my mission is to empower students by providing a smarter, more efficient approach to the job search. I want students to feel confident, informed, and in control as they navigate the job market, without the stress of high enrollment fee. It’s not just about submitting applications — it’s about creating a tailored experience that positions you for success with every step.
